The Orson Hopper 2 hiking tent is a highly sought-after option for 2-person camping trips due to its double entrances and vestibules, and innovative design that maximizes internal room with near-vertical walls. The tent features the same design as our popular Orson Hopper 2 Silnylon version, but is crafted from 68D Ripstop Polyester, which makes it slightly heavier and bulkier when packed compared to the silnylon version (2.5kg vs 2.05kg).

One of the key advantages of the Orson Hopper 2 tent is its interior size. It boasts two doors and two vestibules for ample storage space, and the almost vertical inner walls allow for maximum interior space without any awkward angles around the edges of the inner floor.

The Hopper 2 also offers excellent protection from the elements. Its fully waterproof PU3000mm fly and PU5000mm floor come equipped with taped seams, and the tent comes with handy inner storage pockets and a gear loft. The two side vents can be conveniently accessed from inside the tent, so you can easily adjust ventilation without having to step outside. The tent is freestanding and features sturdy aluminum poles and lightweight Y stakes.

An optional groundsheet is available for added protection for the floor, and you can even set up the fly first or use the fly only during wet conditions to keep the interior dry.
